We operate a 14-day return policy (including bank holidays and weekends). Goods must be back with us by the 14th day
The returns period starts from the first day the delivery was attempted
Returns are only valid if items are return in an unworn and unused condition, in original packaging with swing tags still firmly attached. We will process your refund or exchange within 14 working days after receipt of your return

1. Looks different to image on site 2. Poor quality 3. Doesn’t suit me 4. Ordered 2 sizes returned 1 5. Ordered 2 sizes returned both 6. Arrived too late 7. Incorrect item received 8. Item too big 9. Item too small *If name and order no, are not filled in correctly we may not be able to process your return.

If you return something outside of the returns period, we reserve the right to issue a credit note of resend the goods ordered back to the original delivery address
It is your responsibility to make sure you send the return using a recorded and trackable service. We cannot refund any lost, missing or damaged parcels. It will be your responsibility to claim
Please note we are unable to refund any potage or carriage charges for return
We are unable to refund swimwear, lingerie and earrings for hygiene reasons
All refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment
